Platform use

Customers will receive access to STAT Climate® services under the subscription, implementation, and support terms agreed during onboarding. Final legal language will define scope, acceptable use, renewal mechanics, and suspension controls.

Security and compliance

We design the platform to support strong operational and information security practices. The final document will clarify responsibilities around credential handling, workspace access, customer data governance, and audit cooperation.

Service expectations

  • Availability targets and support response tiers will be defined by plan.
  • Implementation services, advisory work, and managed support will be scoped separately where needed.
